    Love this 2-weight reel and combo

    Purchased the reel and rod as a combo for wading a small nearby river (Eno River in Piedmont NC) and for pond and small lake canoe fishing. The reel is gorgeous, of course, and I should acknowledge my long-term admiration for the brand. Magnificent quality. So far, only test casting: a bit cold in NC so far in November/December, but we will get warm days soon.

    Incredibly light

    Reel is very well machined and full cage. Perhaps the lightest full cage reel on the market. Tolerances are superb. I have 4000 and could be easily used on my 5wt reel. I am very happy with my purchase.
