just received my $1000 reel and the first thing you notice is the poor finish all around the agate. looks like it's peeling off or something but I'm extremely disappointed

I have a cabin situated on the South Branch of the Potomac River in West Virginia. Several smaller streams branch off from the main river, and they are home to beautiful rainbow and brook trout. This kit has proven ideal for fishing in the smaller creeks with dense underbrush near the water. I've already caught and released several nice-sized rainbows and two brook trout. I plan another trip there in early to mid-March and will share photos of my catch and release fishing.
