Hardy Pushes to the Extreme

Hardy & Greys Coarse Academy member Cathal Hughes has been pushing the new Hardy 13ft Extreme Feeder rod to its limits during extensive field testing.

Working alongside Product Development Manager Dave Coster, Cathal achieved distances well in excess of 100 metres while casting various types of feeders.

Built from high modulus carbon fibre and using revolutionary hollow carbon quivertips, the rod not only achieved amazing distances and spot-on accuracy, but also revealed a superb fish playing action.

Cathal Hughes said;

‘Dave and I were astounded at the accuracy and distance we could achieve with this revolutionary high performance rod. To be able to achieve distances of over 130 metres is quite simply unbelievable.'
