I've forgotten my log in email address

The registration form says my Date of Birth is invalid
You must enter your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY, including the /s
Entering without the / or with a . instead will return the 'invalid' error.
I can't open the reel instructions or other leaflet attachment
Most of the reel leaftlets and other additional information included on our website is in PDF format. To open it you need a program like Adobe Reader. Adobe Reader is free from http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
I've changed my email address, what do I do?
To update your email address, log into your account, and type your new email address in the form and then click ‘Submit' at the bottom right of the page.
I can't find my product in the online Product Registration
Almost all of our products are listed in the online registration, including recently delisted items.
Use the letters at the bottom of the Add Change Your Model screen and the numbers at the top to navigate. If you can't find the product you're looking for please contact us, including the exact model of the item (e.g. Demon 3 piece 9' #4) and one of our team will be in touch to help.
I can't find the serial number for my product, where is it?
Only Hardy rods and reels have a serial number (and Chub bite alarms). Just leave this field blank for other products.
The serial number on your rod is on the blank just above the rod handle. Position is shown in the image, the serial number takes the format of two letters and 6 numbers.
I've registered the wrong product, what do I do?

Can I buy Hardy fishing tackle online?
You can now buy our Hardy Flyfishing products online - look out for the orange 'Add to Basket' button on our Product pages. At the moment we don't sell Coarse product direct, but many of our dealers sell through the internet. Use the dealer search to find one.
Why can't I see the shopping functions like Add To Basket?
Our online store is in a trial phase and currently only available to customers in the UK and delivery is only available to UK addresses. Many of our dealers sell online, click here to find a Hardy fishing tackle stockist.
How much is delivery?
Our current delivery charges are based on the size of the item(s) you order. When you order a several small and/or medium items you may be charged the higher rate but you'll never pay more than £7. 99 for delivery of an order.
Small Item (e.g. Flyline, Tools) £2.99
Medium Item (e.g. Reel) £4.99
Large Item (e.g. Rod, Waders) £7.99
A £2 supplement may be charged for delivery to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, or Highlands and Islands.
Who sends out my order?
Your order will be fulfilled by one of our official dealers, who has the item in stock when you place your order. The store will often be one that is close to you, but it could be anywhere in the UK.
When will I get my delivery?
Your order will usually be despatched within 48 hours and delivery times will be stated at despatch by the dealer fulfilling your order.
What happens if I need to return something?
