Which warranty does my product have?
All rods carbon and glass fibre rods purchased since 1st January 2008 are covered by our Worldwide Extended Warranty ">Worldwide Extended Warranty for the original owner. You need to register your purchase.
Carbon or glass fibre rods purchased between January 2002 and December 2007 are covered by our Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. Please contact our customer service team (on 01665 602 771 + Option 7) if you have questions about your ULG cover.
Our Cane rods and all our Reels are covered by our Original User Lifetime Warranty against materials and manufacturing defects. You need to register your purchase.
Our other products, (excluding Tippet, leaders and other consumables,) carry a 12 month original user warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects for 12 months from date of purchase. You don't need to register these purchases, but please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Generally speaking, your warranty will cover all products that have been used in the manner they were intended, and cover you against material or manufacturing defects,

How do I register my purchase?
There are two ways to register:
Online - sign in to your account and go to the product registration page . This is the fastest way to register. First you need to create an account with the website and then register your purchases, including the date and place of purchase, and the serial number (if applicable - only some products carry a serial number)
By post - if your rod or reel came with a registration card, just fill out the details and post it to us.
REMEMBER you still need to keep your receipt in case you need to claim.
How do I make a claim under warranty?
Check the warranty cover that applies to your rod and any associated handling charges. If you're unsure you can contact our customer services department for help. You can then send your damaged rod, rod sections or reel to us, along with the appropriate charges.

Why do I need to send a receipt when I have registered my rod/reel?
Keeping proof of purchase can help us process your claim faster and where products are less than 12 months old you may be covered under your statutory consumer rights, meaning you can get a repair or replacement without needing to claim on your warranty.
What happens if there are no sections left for my rod?
We keep sections of rods for as long as feasibly possible. In the event that we don't have any, an upgrade to an equivalent current rod will be offered at a discounted price.
